Advisory Board
Mike Leonetti
Mr. Leonetti is an accomplished Pharmaceutical Executive with 25
plus years of successful experience in a variety of key
leadership capacities. Mike has demonstrated diverse leadership
skills while developing highly visible Health Care alliances
resulting in multi billion dollar partnerships. Mr. Leonetti
was recently named to the “Pharma Voice, 100 most inspiring
people in Health Care”. In his current position as Head, Health
Care Partnerships, Mike leads a dedicated team of Alliance
Management directors who have worked with key partners such as
Abbott Labs, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Astellas, inVentiv Health and
other key pharmaceutical partners. Mr. Leonetti currently
serves as Chairman of the Global Board for Association of
Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP) and is chair of the
Biopharmaceutical Council within ASAP.
As a long time employee with Boehringer Ingelheim, Mr. Leonetti
has led multiple commercial functions, including: Health Care
Partnerships, Government Affairs, and the Managed Care/Trade
Relations Team. In these positions, Mike has focused on
building alliances and strategic partnerships which have helped
Boehringer Ingelheim grow to a top 15 worldwide, pharmaceutical
manufacturer, ranking it among the fastest growing US
pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Mr. Leonetti is Past Chair of the (NPC) National Pharmaceutical
Council, State Audiences Section, and Past Board member of (NEHI)
New England Health Institute. Mr. Leonetti’s education includes
a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations Law and an
undergraduate (BBA) in Marketing.
Ron Ezsak
Since 1979,
Mr. Ezsak has held positions in sales management, channel
development, and executive management, in both domestic and
international markets for prominent software companies including
Intentia, Unisys, Kewill Plc., SSA, Silvon Software, and QAD.
Currently Ron is vice president of sales and marketing for AWS, the
leading software company specializing in warranty. During his
career Ron has been involved in understanding and resolving the
issues software companies face in a variety of worldwide markets.
Ron has been an invited speaker for numerous groups and
organizations regarding performance improvement in the areas of
finance, process and regulatory compliance. Ron has presented at
the Asian Institute of Technology, APICS, RVIA, NATM, IBM Columbia,
WCM, ESC, Microsoft Industry Solution University, CIMCO Thailand and
the Japan External Trade Organization. Prior to joining AWS, Ron
was the CEO of Cognitor a company that commercialized an adapted
NASA technology.
Ann Trampas
Ms. Trampas has over 20 years of
technology experience in alliances, business processes and sales and
marketing, Most recently was the Vice President of Global Alliances
for SPSS, Inc. - a global provider of predictive analytics
technology and services where she directed a team of alliance
professionals responsible for SPSS alliances with systems
integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners. Ann was
responsible for the evaluation of potential alliances, management of
ongoing alliance performance and the development of go to market
plans with strategic partners.
Previously, Ms. Trampas
held a similar position as Vice President of Partner Marketing for
Teleglobe and has also held various consulting positions with Ernst
& Young Consulting (now Cap Gemini) Technology, Communications and
Entertainment practice, and Customer Relationship Management
practice. She has held various positions in sales and marketing with
Northern Telecom, MCI Communications Corporation, Infonet, Inc. and
McDonnell Douglas Information Systems Group (now EDS).
Ms.
Trampas is a member of the Global Board of Directors and the Past
President of the Midwest Chapter of The Association of Strategic
Alliance Professionals (ASAP), a member of the Department Advisory
Board of the University of Illinois College of Business
Administration, and an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Keller
Graduate School of Business. Ms. Trampas holds an MBA from Loyola
University and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
